Below you will find Flutter Eyes Policies. Please read prior to booking an appointment.

Included is some general information about what about you need to know before your appointment.

POLICIES:

APPOINTMENTS
Flutter Eyes offers an appointment only basis; I am setting aside time specifically for when you book an appointment. I will always send you 72 and 24 hour reminders before your appointment.


CANCELLATIONS
I understand that unanticipated events happen. If you know you won’t be able to make it to the appointment, please text or email to inform me and I would gladly reschedule you (or reschedule  yourself online
here). In my desire to be effective and fair to all of my clients and out of consideration for my time, I  have adopted the following policies: Please kindly give me as much notice as possible & at least 48 hours to avoid a cancellation fee.


CANCELLATION FEES
There will be no charge for cancellations 48 hours or more prior to your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or changes will be charged 50% fee. 
Same day cancellations/changes  or no shows will result in a fee of the full service price.

These fees will go towards the loss of earnings that cannot be recovered with short or no notice. Thank you for your understanding.

Notice given vs Fees:
48+ hours | No fee
24-47 Hours | Fee: 50% of Service Cost
Under 24 hours | Fee: 100% of Service Cost

 

LATE ARRIVALS

I ask all clients to kindly arrive at their scheduled appointment time, and wait in your vehicle if you are early. This is to ensure adequate time for a quality experience and that I am no longer with another client. I will do my best to accommodate late arriving clients within their reservation time slot. Your scheduled service fee will remain the same, although your time may be shortened due  to time constraints. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in the appointment being rescheduled at which point the cancellation policy will come into effect.

AFTERCARE

Want to make the most out of the your new lashes/ brows? Following the aftercare instructions will help extend the life of your new self care investment so you feel your best everyday. Review the Aftercare Page.

PARKING

You may park your vehicle anywhere on the road. Please avoid parking on the driveway.  The front door is actually located down a small side walk, to the right of the garage. The dark grey door to the left of the garage is not the entrance.

​

SAFETY RESTRICTIONS (Children/Pets)

Please avoid bringing any children to your service. Clients under the age of 18 will require a parent or guardian to also sign the consent form. Please check in with me prior to bringing any pets.

ALLERGIES

If you experience an allergic reaction to any of the products used during a service, please contact me immediately for assistance in assessing the situation. If you’ve experienced mild allergic reactions to lash extensions in the past, please let me know before your appointment. A patch test can be administered prior to the appointment. Simply phone or email with this request. *Refunds are not given for allergic reactions, however, I will remove the lashes free of charge. I do not offer refunds on services. I do however offer a Flutter Eyes Guarantee on all services.

PRE- APPOINTMENT

Prior to your first appointment, please review the Protocols Page. A "Pre-Appointment Form' & Consent form will need to be completed 72-48 hours before I see you please. See reminder email for link. Scroll the to bottom of the email for more appointment information.

BOOKING

I have quick and easy ways by which you can book an appointment. Message, email, text or book online. Note: All bookings will need to be secured with a credit card via the booking system. There will be no charge issued unless you cancel late or do not show up per the cancellation policy.

PRIVACY

Your privacy is very important to me. I collect your personal information such as your name, email and telephone number in order to create an easy client booking database and to keep you informed about all the fun stuff we're up to. We all know how annoying it is to get junk mail so I will never disclose your personal information to any third party.

RESULTS
Individual results may vary and are dependent on the length & volume of your natural lashes or brows as well other factors out of our control..

​

SERVICE
I guarantee my work. If you have any concerns with the service you received, let me know within 2 days and I will fix it at no extra charge. This is a policy I am proud to offer. Note: If your  eyelashes are not fully clean or you arrive late to your appointment, this policy is void as results may vary.

COMMUNICATION
